Rise Against

Why do I like them?
Because I believe that their music does lots of things to people, they are not a band that talks about how cool drug could be or that kind of stuff. They talk about what drugs can do to you, to respect the others, etc.

What is Rise Against?
Rise Against is an american punk rock band from Chicago, formed in december 1999.
It's integrants are Tim McIlrath (lead singer and rythm guitar), Zach Blair ( bass guitar and backing vocals), Joe Principe (bass guitarbacking vocal) and  Brandon Barnes (drums, percussion).
During the five first years, Rise against signed to the independent record label Fat Wreck Chords, whom helped them release two albums, The unraveling and Revolutions per minute. Both of them had a considerable success.
